Bogota, Apr 12 (EFE).- Retired Argentine soccer player Diego Maradona is the star of a video going viral on social networks that shows him taking a swipe at a man who tried to photograph him after the “Match for Peace” played earlier this weekend in Colombia’s capital.

The 54-year-old Maradona tried to make his way around Bogota’s Techo stadium following Friday night’s match, in which he scored on a penalty kick, and he is seen on the video lashing out at a man who attempted to take his picture as fans mobbed him.

Maradona kicks a security guard and shoves fans who got too close to him.

Maradona’s behavior sparked criticism on social networks because he was in Colombia to promote peace. EFE
