Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE) developed the digital platform www.JobLink.cr where currently 45 companies are offering 3800 jobs mostly in the services area and the majority of which require bilingual personnel (Spanish/English or Portuguese in most cases).

The companies are mainly foreign investment companies; those interested can register through the site and take a language test available for English and Portuguese, once the profile is complete candidates can apply to the different positions they are interested in, the companies will receive the information and get in touch with each person.

Accounting, customer service, technical support, IT personnel, engineers, and different positions in the areas of science and technology are some of the positions the companies are looking to fill.

Jorge Sequeira, general director of CINDE, explained that this new platform is complimentary to the CINDE Job Fair that takes place every year, but it helps in the recruiting process.
The platform will be open for registration from today, March 12 through Friday, March 23.

Amazon, Western Union, Bayer, Sykes, Microsoft, Convergys, Dell, IBM, HP, British American Tobacco, are just some of the participating companies.
