The celebrity and tabloid gossip mill surrounding pop music diva Britney Spears is currently running at full speed as rumors about her possible engagement taking place in Costa Rica over the holidays. The extremely popular musician is reportedly dating Charlie Ebersol, a successful entertainment producer who is the son of a powerful couple in the world of television production. According to tabloid reporter Robin Leach of the Las Vegas Sun:

 

Websites and tabloids are predicting that it will take place during a lavish party at actor Mel Gibson’s estate in Costa Rica before the pop princess flies back to Las Vegas to resume her new-look “Britney: Piece of Me” residency show Dec. 27 at Axis at Planet Hollywood.

One of the most famous properties in Costa Rica is once again up for sale. Hacienda Dorada is located in Playa Barrigona, one of the vaunted Gold Coast beaches of the province of Guanacaste, and it is owned by Hollywood star Mel Gibson.

A cursory search of news reports published by The Costa Rica Star in the last three years indicates that this is not the first time Mr. Gibson is looking for buyers. The last time we reported on Hacienda Dorada was about a year ago, and the first time was March 2012.
