According to journalist Fabiola Vargas of business daily La Republica, the Westin Playa Conchal earned the 21^st World Travel Awards thanks to the personalized service given to each guest and the quality of its overall services and amenities. The World Travel Awards ceremony was held in early December at the Caribbean British Overseas Territory of Anguilla.

 

Award recipients in the all-inclusive and family resort categories are judged based on their commitment to make guest experiences unique. In the case of the upscale Westin, its Family Club Suites, private check-in and check-out procedures, family concierge service, videogame selection, and special amenities for the entire family were carefully considered.
