German power metal bound Helloween will perform a concert in Costa Rica next October 23 as part of their tour Pumpkins United.

This event has the particularity of bringing together the current members of the band and the founders of the same. The concert will take place at the BN Arena in Hatillo and it is the only stop in Central America.

The production company Black Line Productions explained that although most of the concerts they organize are hosted at Pepper’s Disco Club, they chose a bigger venue for this concert as they expect the attendance of a minimum 3,500 people.

“The band’s team confirmed that the show will extend for almost four hours,” explained Cristian Arce from Black Line Productions, and he continued “The production is huge, and that’s why it is not being held at Pepper’s Club; the expectations of the audience should be higher than usual”.

“With the presence of Michael Kiske the public will have the possibility of listening to songs that have never been played in the country and that the band hasn’t played in the past 15 years because they were simply not the same without him”, commented producer Cristian Arce.

I dare to say this is a show like no other band has done in the country; a show in the same level as the one Iron Maiden did last year, or even better”, stated Arce.

Helloween had its first presentation in the country in 2003 in Planet Mall, the same venue where they would host their show in 2006. In 2011 they came back to Costa Rica along with Stratovarius and in 2013 with Gamma Ray.

This is the only time this reunion will take place, it is very hard that it will ever happen again. It’s a dream for the fans of the band and an excellent concert for any metal fan, concluded Arce.
