SIGN UP FOR OUR Mr. President, it’s time you learned how to be president of the United States of America.
All we have to go on are the histories of 44 past presidents dating back more than 200 years that were stewards of this experiment in democracy. Some were great but most were political duds.
But sir, you take the cake.
A new-type president with a smart phone connected directly to the American people, but does he take it too far? This president says he’s being “modern-day presidential,” but the outcry — over his latest tweets and stunts — is getting louder.
On the flipside of President Donald Trump’s latest tweeting controversy is MSNBS’s ‘Morning Joe’ co-host Mika Brzezinski and her blatant hatred expressed toward the president, repeatedly calling the chief executive “mentally ill,” “not well,” ignorant,” “stupid,” and “a narcissist.”

In another weekend tweet President Trump used an old video clip from his Reality TV Star days of him wrestling and body slamming the CNN logo that CNN said was displaying “juvenile behavior.”
President Trump needs to wake up and give his tweeter phone a rest. It all seems so easy to fix by us on the outside looking in. But those on the inside are dropping the ball and allowing this president to make big public relations mistakes and for what? Mr. President needs to pick his battles more carefully.
Those two MSNBC commentators on that ‘Morning Joe’ show that President Trump got into a wee-wee contest with are not worth one minute of this president’s time or recognition. The president’s staff is sure to be saying they have no control over these tweets and that must be true. But the family is another matter. They may need to have a private, sit-down, family-wide intervention with this man and read him the riot act. We all know what needs to be said.
There really is no other president to compare this President Trump too, especially with less than six-months in office. But there are great examples of presidential leadership to examine and judge from the pages of history: President Kennedy’s handling of the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, President Bush standing atop the ruins of the destroyed World Trade Towers in 2001, President Truman’s decision to drop two Atomic Bombs on the island of Japan ending World War II in 1945 and President Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address during the Civil War of the 1860s.
But in recorded, documented history no moment in presidential leadership has ever come close to when President Franklin D. Roosevelt stood up from his wheelchair on Dec. 8, 1941 — with the aid of braces on his legs – and walked alone to the podium of the U.S. House of Representatives. His 6-minute speech to the nation — broadcast live on radio — electrified and unified the USA in his declaration of war against Japan for the Dec. 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. This is an unparalleled moment in the history of the USA. This president rose to the occasion and with his and succeeding President Harry S. Truman’s leadership the USA defeated Nazi Germany and Japan.
With the threatening atmosphere of a possible deadly “imminent” encounter with rogue nation North Korea waiting in the wings, an unstable Iran and their constant roar of hate toward America, seemingly endless mid-East violence — sooner or later President Trump will find himself and America in an all-out military offensive that represents the greatest threat to Americans at home or overseas – but where will it first erupt? This President Trump needs to become Mr. Presidential and ease up on the tweeter phone because it’s easy to see rough and tumble times are ahead. This nation needs you Mr. President. You are all we got between us and them.
Watching politics these days on national TV news is like tuning the remote to the Jerry Springer Show –complete with politics gone wild. President Trump’s past — as a Reality TV Star — needs to stop for the good of every single person in the USA and beyond that depends on a strong America. Going after two silly MSNBC news personalities isn’t worth it. However, there are those that defend President Trump in all of his tweets – the good, the bad and the ugly.
“CNN and MSNBC just don’t get it. We understand the president tweeted insults at the morning show hosts, to be fair in retaliation for some pretty snide and vile attacks on him personally,” commented attorney Alex Sharp of Palatka, Florida on Facebook. “But to run the next 24 hours with panels examining and discussing at length is why we consider you both fake news outlets.”
President Trump is about to leave on his second foreign trip on July 7 to the G20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany, where he is expected to meet privately with Russian President Vladimir Putin and discuss the worsening situation in Syria with the Russian-backed Assad regime and the fight against radical Islam. Many of the 20 leaders of the most populous countries around the world attending the G20 Summit have already met privately with President Trump at the White House or at one of his retreats and during his first foreign trip that began in Saudi Arabia.
On July 20 President Trump will celebrate 6-months in office much to the dismay of the incredible shrinking Democrats who have no message other than to stop this presidency. Democrats have no plan for the future of America and they have no leaders to carry out their blind ambitions.
