The 8th edition of the Envision Festival is happening February 22-26, 2018, as usual in the beautiful area of Uvita in Costa Rica’s South Pacific.

This festival brings together art, spirituality, yoga, music, dance, live performances, education, and connection with nature.

The Envision Festival offers in general experiences for those that envision a better world and celebrates the awakening of human potential. The eight pillars of the festival include: Permaculture, Movement, Spirituality, Community, Art, Music, Health and Ecobuilding.

““The vision is to create an experience that allows people to taste how sweet it is to be living surrounded by like-minded people,” said co-founder Stephen Brooks to Howler Magazine. “It’s a community where everybody cares about each other. We try to create that vibe so that when you come you feel that and you don’t want it to be any other way.”

Envision festival will gather more than 5000 people at Rancho La Merced, a private property set between Uvita and Dominical.

The lineup includes over 100 musicians mostly of the electronic music genre; yoga classes by internationally renowned instructors , organic food sales, workshops on natural living, including herbalism, art exhibits, among many other activities.

Envision is also a green festival, single use plastic is prohibited and there are no trash cans in the camping area, recycling with sorting options is available elsewhere. The festival contributes through donations to the water system for the Uvita watershed and educational programs.
