Pro-Trump cheerleaders ‘Diamond and Silk’ get the hands down ‘thumbs-up political play of the week,’ not former FBI Director James Comey with his boorish, self-glorifying book “A Higher Loyalty” that comes out this week but has been leaked to the press since last Thursday. Even the liberal New York Times says there is nothing new in this ‘tell-all’ memoir. Not even the president’s “mission accomplished” Syrian anti-chemical weapons raid compares to the attention these two African-American sisters are receiving as they continue to broadcast nationwide and around the world on social media from their living room at home in North Carolina.

Diamond and Silk — just in case you don’t know them — are two of the funniest women to have come along in a very long time, but they are not comedians. Diamond is Lynnette Hardaway and Silk is Rochelle Richardson. They are hysterical to watch as they give their verbal assaults with their heads bobbing back and forth, and they agree with each other as they trample liberal Democrats and other anti-Trumpers with their cutting edge conservative commentaries. Their following on social media is now in the 2.3-million-range and counting. They are on many TV news shows especially since Face Book took down their Face Book page claiming these two women to be “unsafe to the community” therefore not suitable for viewing.

Since 2016 Diamond and Silk have posted more than 500 videos on You Tube that have received millions upon millions of views. They are a bona-fide social media sensation.

Let there be no doubt that Diamond and Silk speak for millions of inner-city African-Americans and Hispanics who are employed now because of President Donald Trump’s new economic, trade and tax policies. As feverish Trump supporters, they cut to the chase in terms people of color understand and they are listening. The liberal left wanted them off the air just like Bill O’Reilly’s “The Factor” on Fox News, but wisely Face Book CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Company reinstated their Face Book page after national outrage over their “censorship” by Face Book began.

Last week Facebook founder Zuckerberg was brought in to testify before the U.S. Congress about Face Book selling subscribers’ private information-type demographics to advertisers. Imagine that. Facebook finds a way to make money off a free service that allows people to share with friends and family what they had for dinner or a sunset photo from Costa Rica. No wonder ‘Marky Z’ at 33-years-old is one of the richest men to walk the Earth.

It was Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) that confronted Zuckerberg about a long-list of conservative-viewpoint Face Book pages that had been taken down or censored over time including Diamond and Silk. On the same day as this exchange Diamond and Silk were back on Face Book with even more followers because of all the political hoopla that mainstream media was forced to cover. They are a ‘cultural political phenomenon’ to be reckoned with. (Video below)

Now back to Comey. First it was losing presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s book “What Happened” giving all her excuses why she lost to Trump, then it was DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazile’s book “Hacks” about how the Democratic National Committee tried to “rig” the election and now it’s former FBI Director Comey’s turn with his book “A Higher Loyalty” which is nothing more than a ‘revenge’ piece geared to make money for unemployed Comey and cause as much controversy as possible for the president who fired him last year.

“ … He (Comey) leaked CLASSIFIED information, for which he should be prosecuted. He lied to Congress under OATH. He is a weak and untruthful slime ball who was, as time has proven, a terrible Director of the FBI,” President Trump tweeted last week. “His handling of the crooked Hillary Clinton case, and the events surrounding it, will go down as one of the worst ‘botch jobs’ of history. It was my great honor to fire James Comey!”

In a recent political commentary in The Costa Rica Star — President Trump was described as a “hit man” hired by the American people. In Comey’s new book he described President Trump as a “mob boss.” How cool is that?
