Internet retail giant Amazon.com will hold a job fair in Costa Rica this week. According to a report filed by business reporter Rebeca Madrigal of online news daily CRHoy.com, the job fair will take place at Amazon’s business center in Calle Blancos on Thursday, July 9^th, from 7 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon.

 

Amazon Costa Rica is currently seeking to fill positions in its busy customer service center. Needless to say, the company seeks to interview job many candidates who are fluent in English, but other languages sought include French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. Other positions that the company needs to fill at this time are in the areas of management and human resources. In Costa Rica, Amazon.com operates two major centers: the aforementioned Calle Blancos center is in San Jose while the other facility is in Lagunilla, province of Heredia. The Lagunilla center is located in a part of town that is home to many corporate parks and free trade zones, not far from San Jose.
