Concentrix Launches New Delivery Center in Pavas

Concentrix, a global business services company, launched a state-of-the-art delivery center at Pavas today. The center was inaugurated by Vice President, Ana Helena Chacón, the Vice Minister of Foreign Trade, Jhon Fonseca, with Concentrix President Chris Caldwell, CINDE representatives, clients, and company staff in attendance and is the 4th center in the country for Concentrix. The investment is in step with the company’s plan to expand in Costa Rica and has been in the works for the last year.

Ana Helena Chacón Echeverría, Vice President of Costa Rica commented that “inaugurations like this reflect the confidence that, as a country, we offer to establish services centers here. That is why we work to consolidate stability and investment climates and competitive conditions. All this, without neglecting the strengthening of the high qualification of our people. It is of the utmost importance that companies such as Concentrix base their investment decisions on Costa Rican human talent.

Concentrix President Chris Caldwell said, “Costa Rica is a key delivery location for Concentrix. The talent pool in the country is diverse and rich in talent. This latest investment, which provides an exciting new workplace to our staff, demonstrates our confidence as we look forward to growing our business further in the years ahead. The center will service the entire America’s as well as a few countries in Europe.

Jhon Fonseca, the Minister a.i. of Foreign Trade commented, “Since its establishment in the country, we have seen Concentrix’s sustained growth, which shows us its strong commitment and confidence in Costa Rica. We are pleased to know that they have found in our Costa Ricans the talent and capabilities required to deliver complex, sophisticated and high value-added services. This expansion is also a clear example of how the services sector continues to be a driving force in our economy, which positions the country worldwide. Therefore, from the Government of the Republic, we redouble our efforts to continue creating the right conditions for the successful operation of this sector.

Built over 11,000 square meters, the new center combines the best of technologies and modern design thinking principles. It blends aesthetic and physical elements—natural light, air quality, ergonomics, acoustics, and thermal comfort—to provide a relaxed and inspiring workplace setting. The infrastructure and operational processes at the center are socially responsible and resource efficient. The center will accommodate up to 1,800 staff over the next few years.
