Readers of the prestigious tourism magazine Condé Nast, placed 9 Costa Rican hotels in the list of 15 Top Resorts in Central America: Readers’ Choice Awards 2017.
“More than 300,000 travelers took part in our 30th annual Readers’ Choice Awards survey—setting yet another new record—submitting millions of ratings and more than 100,000 comments to help us create a list of winning favorites”, states the Condé Nest website.
The nine hotels that made the list are:
Hacienda AltaGracia an Auberge Resort: Located in Pérez Zeledón, Costa Rica, Hotel AltaGracia earned the first place of the list with a score of 97.7
El Silencio Lodge & Spa: Took the second place in the list with a score of 97.62. This hotel is located in Bajos del Toro.
Nayara Springs: In La Fortuna de San Carlos is listed in fourth place with 96.9
Nayara Resort, Spa & Gardens: The sister resort of Nayara Springs speaks of the high quality and excellent service of Nayara Group; sitting in position 6 Nayara Resort received a 96.67.
Punta Islita autograph Collection: Sitting in the seventh place in the list Punta Islita in Guanacaste received also a top score of 96.43
Tabacón Grand Spa: The most popular hotel in La Fortuna, remains a big favorite in the 8th place in the ranking with a grade of 96.24
Alma del Pacífico Beach Hotel & Spa: In Esterillos, Puntarenas, Alma del Pacifico received a score of 94.86 and is in place 11.
Andaz Penísula Papagayo Resort: Located in the Papagayo Gulf, Andaz received 94.7 as a score and takes position 12.
Four Seasons Resort: Also in the Papagayo Península, this popular and luxurious hotel received a score of 91.74 and holds position 13 and is the last of the Costa Rican Hotels to make the list.
