Another edition of ¨Smoke Free Sundays¨ comes back this 2019 for six Sundays in Paseo Colon, San Jose.

This is an activity promoted by the San Jose Municipality and the Ministry of Health that began back in 2011 with the objective of motivating families to visit the capital city without having to worry about cars and the contamination caused by them while also promoting a healthy “smoke free” lifestyle.

The event includes activities for the entire family, music, dancing, sporting and recreational activities, trampoline area, soccer, volleyball and basketball tournaments, canopy, skatepark etc.

Under the slogan ¨Let´s decarbonize Costa Rica¨ the activities will take place January 27, February 3, 10, 17, 24 and March 3.

The recreational urban park will be setup in the streets from Centro Colon to Torre Mercedes, and it will be divided in seven areas: Urban Skatepark, Jump area, Let´s Decarbonize, Extreme Dreams Area, Recreation for all, Athlete for a day and Roller Skate Park.
