Kicking off the holiday activities in Costa Rica, the Russian Circus on Ice can be enjoyed as of today, November 23 in La Sabana, San Jose.
Costa Rica is one of the stops of the famous Circus in its tour through Latin America. The last time the Circus presented its show in Costa Rica was 16 years ago, but a lot has changed since an they promise a completely renovated spectacle.
“The public can rest assured that they will see a first level show, in a very modern circus tent that offers 2000 individual seats and with all the international security standards”, stated Esmeralda Ramirez, Communications Director of the Circus.
The show is inspired in several famous children characters, such as Tarzan, Frozen, the Little Mermaid, and more.
Tickets run from ȼ6,000.00 (approximately US$11.00) to ȼ60,000.00 (ȼ15,000.00 each) in the area of Palco which seats 4 (close to US$107.5) and are available for purchase online through the publitickets.com platform or directly at the Circus ticket office. The Circus will be presenting its shows from Monday through Friday at 7:30 p.m. , Saturdays at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 3:00 p.m. ; 5:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.
The 70 minute show includes all the regular acts you’d expect to see in any circus show, from juggling acts, dancing, humor, acrobatics, except that everything is executed on ice. A total of 20 artists from different areas of the world including Russia, Argentina and Mexico are part of the Circus that is located next to the National Stadium in La Sabana.
