The 33rd edition of ExpoTur Costa Rica, an event that is considered the most important tourism travel mart of Costa Rica and the Central America Region, and one of the most relevant in Latin America will take place May 10-12 at Centro Kolbi in Parque Viva, La Guácima.

This event offers companies involved in the tourism industry an opportunity to showcase their services or products to national and international agents, this includes airlines, tour operators, hotels, car rentals, as well as many other tourism services. It also provides an opportunity to network for close to 300 exhibitors from Costa Rica and the Central America area and over 200 buyers from 34 countries.

The high-profile event is completed by an interesting frame program consisting of various seminars, cultural performances, interactive program points as well as pre and post tours into different regions of Costa Rica as a special highlight to get to know the country.

ExpoTur Is organized by the Costa Rican Association of Tourism Professionals (ACOPROT), this year they intend to highlight the market niches through which the country has been able to diversify as a destination and they intend to emphasize on the importance of a sustainable travel market.

Organizers expect to celebrate close to five thousand business relations between the almost 300 local and international participants from 34 countries. Foreign participants help promote the visit of tourists to Costa Rica.
