A long awaited concert, it is now a reality and the official announcement will be made in the next few days, the Foo Fighters and Weezer will be live in Costa Rica October 4th at the National Stadium.
The presentation is part of the tour Concrete and Gold which began May 2018.
The American alternative rock band Foo Fighters was formed in Seattle, Washington back in 1994 by Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl, the band is currently formed by Grohl, Taylor Hawking, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett, Nate Mendel, Rami Jaffee, William Goldsmith and Franz Stahl, it has released 9 studio albums; Concrete and Gold is the name of their last album which was one of the bestselling albums of 2017 according to Billboard.
Weezer, on the other hand, was formed in Los Angeles, California in 1992, and its current members are Rivers Cuomo, Brian Bell, Patrick Wilson and Scott Shriner. It´s style is considered as alternative rock-pop rock. The band has recorder over ten studio albums, and some of its best known hits include Say It Ain´t So, Buddy Holly, Island in the Sun, Hash Pipe, Undone, Beverly Hills, to name a few.
Prices for this concert will range between 32,480 colones (approximately $54.32 USD) and 67,280 colones (approx. $112.52 USD) and will be available for purchase online through Eticket.cr.
