Kobe Bryant Dies in Helicopter Crash

The sports world mourns the death of NBA legend, Kobe Bryant, age 41 who died in a helicopter crash that occurred the morning of this Sunday, January 26, 2020 in California, USA.

According to the TMZ Sport, “Bryant was among at least four people traveling in his private helicopter over Calabasas when a fire broke out, sending the chopper spiraling from the sky”.

Apparently, the crash saw no survivors, the names of the other victims have not been released yet, however it has been clarified that Bryant’s wife was not aboard the chopper.

Kobe Bryant, played with the La Lakers for 20 years, he won five NBA Championships with his team, according to Wikipedia, the shooting guard was an 8-time All Star, 15-time member of the All-NBA Team, 12-time member of the All-Defensive team and was the NBA’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) in 2008.

Bryant has been regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time.
