Andrea Calderon, a 26-year old model and television presenter of a popular youth series in Costa Rica, is currently the subject of active discourse on social media circles. According to a recent news report filed by entertainment reporter Angie Guerrero of online news daily Costa Rica Hoy, a set of photos showing the TV host naked along with two colleagues is going viral.

 

One of the photos show Miss Calderon and two other women, who appear to be her co-hosts on the TV show El Ultimo Pasajero (The Last Passenger), topless and wearing diminutive lingerie bottoms. Another photo focuses directly on Miss Calderon’s genitalia.

 

The TV show hosted by Miss Calderon is produced by national television network Teletica, and it is aimed at youth audiences, particularly viewers who are in junior high school. The Last Passenger is essentially a contest and variety show that features light-hearted humor and focuses on teaching young people in Costa Rica values such as respect for the elderly, nature conservation, affinity for education, and others.

 

The Last Passenger airs from Monday to Friday at 4:30 pm on Teletica (Channel 7). While the show enjoys good ratings, some viewers have complained that the attire worn by the three attractive female presenters is a bit too tight and scant for a youth program in Costa Rica.

 

As it happens, this photo leak is not the only one to affect female presenters who work for Teletica. In recent months, a photo set of Marilyn Gamboa, a former glamour model who is now a presenter in a tabloid and gossip TV program, was widely shared on social media channels such as Facebook. On that occasion, Teletica came to the defense of Miss Gamboa, and a similar stance is being extended to Miss Calderon. A spokesperson from the network explained that Teletica has nothing to comment on this incident and that Miss Calderon will continue hosting the show.
Teletica coming to the defense of Miss Calderon and Miss Gamboa is a relatively new stance. A few years ago, a leaked sex tape of former TV presenter Ana Lucia Vega resulted in her termination.
