The Splendor of the Catalan Medieval Castles takes the public to the historic past of the X – XV centuries in the Kingdome of Spain.

During this period defensive military constructions were built that as time went by have become the historic image of the era.

The exhibit includes original objects as well as replicas, photos, virtual experiences, animation and simulation of some medieval objects such as a wall or surveillance tower.

“The exhibit has close to 50 original objects and 2 replicas, among them, swords, helmets, dishes, oil lamps and a chess game that are part of that 500 year lapse”, describes the Jade Museum.
