Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Guanacaste 2017 – Innovation and Color

The Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Guanacaste 2017 had its fourth edition this December 28 at Hacienda Pinilla, where more than 50 models worked the runway showing the work of seven national designers.

This edition of the MBFWG was unique in the sense that it had the biggest runway that has been set up so far in the country, 18×24 mts (59×78.7 feet), the size of a tennis court and all white sand.

The event opened with the presentation of Truko Swimwear by Melissa Kopper presenting elegant options for sophisticated women; it continued with NINFO Swimwear geometrical prints in black and white for the modern man; it followed with the collection Soul Sisters by Carmiña Romero inspired in the 70’s; John Howard came next with his proposal for men’s beachwear, “Expedition” offered a little of everything colorful, modern, but also options more simple and elegant.

Concepcion Miranda presented a collection of clothes that transmitted good energy and life; now veteran Fabrizzio Berrocal always presents a colorful and original offer for the contemporary men, taking the traditional swim trunks into fashion and style.

The last designer to present its work was Maria Lourdes Cortes with Guayaberi, colorful swimwear of different styles to compliment different body types.

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Guancaste closed with an incredible after party with live music and amazing atmosphere.
