Neighbors of the west side of San Jose, will soon have the possibility of joining a new country club. The Santa Ana Country Club is a project that hopes to provide an option of healthy entertainment, social gathering and wellness to its members.
Located on “Ruta 27” (the 27 highway) right across from the Villa Real Residential in Santa Ana, this country club will offer: gym, racquetball court, semi-Olympic and recreational pools, 8 tennis courts, indoor soccer, beauty salon and barber shop, multi-use areas for the practice of yoga, pilates or crossfit, spa with jacuzzi and sauna, meeting rooms, entertainment area for young kids, bar and lounge, snack bar, restaurant and ballrooms. This location was picked because of the large number of residents in the area as well as the existence of many schools nearby.
Garnier & Garnier the real estate developer group, will be part of this new project as a managing partner and will work along with investors such as Interra, E3 Capital, Edificar, LOGICOM, Zurcher Architects and MECO.
The concept of Santa Ana Country Club involves an environmentally friendly project both in terms of the construction of the club and the operation of the same, the construction will only involve one of the eight hectares of land where it will be located, the remaining seven will be part of a reforestation program, a botanical garden, and will be used for trekking, athletics and cycling.
“The land we have is very special, we have eight hectares out of which seven will remain as green area. This place requires reforestation, a variety of trees that can be the habitat of different birds and that at the same time will make for a very colorful area during the flowering period. It will be a green recreational zone in the center of a very strong real estate development in the west side of town”, said Carlos Hernández, executive director of Santa Ana Country Club.
The construction of this project will begin in the first trimester of 2017 and is expected to be ready at the end of 2018, it involves an investment of over $50 million USD. Shares are being offered for sale for those interested in becoming members (shareholders).
