We want to take this opportunity to say thank you for your ongoing time in reading our news content. We do not take this for granted and are thankful for your choice to read news with The Costa Rica Star.

Since launching in December of 2011, we have grown day by day into what many would call, a top contender position for English news covering Central America. Our original focus was content and news related to Costa Rica, but through your feedback, we realized that traveling, doing business, and living throughout the Central America region is important to many of you.

We strive to provide balanced news articles, from an aggregation standpoint similar to Huffingtonpost.com, while at the same time publishing unique articles from our 10+ writers, who come from different walks of life and with different writing strengths.

It is time to move on to the next phase of growth and development, and we are asking for your input in helping to launch our new category related to Central America Real Estate, which will be placed at the top of the website to the right of the other categories.

Publishing Real Estate listings that are commonplace, or widely seen elsewhere is not something that we want to do, we want unique hidden gems that not many people know about.

So, with that said, we are offering to publish listings for the first 10 readers who send us their unique Real Estate listing from Central America.

You must include the following in your email to us in order to be considered:

-Up to 500 words about your property and why it is unique, price, payment options, anything else
-1 or more pictures of your property, that you own and have the legal right to use
-Your preferred contact information, email and phone

*We will use the same format for each listing so they are easy to browse*

You are our best resource, and we want to thank you for considering being part of this new category on our website.

Important note: if we find that you are not the owner or do not have the listing rights to publish about the property, we will delete the listing from our website and no longer publish listings that you submit to us. We do not support many of the things that happen here in Central America Real Estate, including taking listings from others, making the price higher, and using your contact information without them knowing about it. We will only work with respected Realtors who have proven experience OR owners selling their homes directly, in a For Sale By Owner format.
