An explosive new book, Crisis of Character, about former President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary will be released by Amazon Books on June 28. It’s written by a former U.S. Secret Service agent with extensive inside, personal knowledge of how the Clinton’s operated outside the rules, how they arrogantly and rudely treated White House staff and Secret Service agents for years, and how they disrespected each other between the years 1993 and 2001.
The author, Gary J. Byrne, is a 29-year veteran of the U.S. military and Federal law enforcement agencies including service with the U.S. Air Force Security Police, the uniformed division of the Secret Service and as a Federal Air Marshall. During President Bill Clinton’s years in the White House, Byrne protected the president and the First Family inside the White House, the Oval Office and outside the White House, according to information about the author released by Amazon Books.
This 304-page account was not written by a disgruntled butler telling his story to a ghost writer or by a member of the White House kitchen staff. It was written by someone who saw with his owns eyes the astonishing long-term behavior of the Clinton’s.
It goes without question that this book comes out at a time to have the biggest political impact possible upon former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s campaign for President of the United States. And yes, there is also the profit motive, but this writer has high credibility with personal, hands-on knowledge about the Clinton’s who had total Secret Service protection around the clock everywhere they went.
Rarely do former Secret Service agents speak about those they protected. Apparently, Byrne is motived more to reveal the secret lives of the Clintons and warn the voting public about the multiple personalities of Hillary Clinton that he saw time and time again.
“Having witnessed the personal and political dysfunction of the Clinton White House—so consumed by scandal and destroying their enemies, real and imagined—Byrne came to understand that, to the Clintons, governing was an afterthought. He now tells this story—before voters go to the polls—in the hopes that Clinton supporters will understand the real Hillary Clinton” — this comes from Amazon Books promotional information about Byrne’s firsthand account.
“Now that a second Clinton administration threatens — their scheme from the very beginning — Byrne exposes what he saw of the real Hillary Clinton.”
Byrne says he was shocked by the things he witnessed involving the Clintons.
“What I saw (at the White House) in the 1990s sickened me … I witnessed her obscenity-laced tirades, her shifting of blame, how she berated Vince Foster until he could stand no more, how minor incidents involving blue gloves and botched invitations sent her into a tizzy. It was like watching Humphrey Bogart in The Caine Mutiny obsessing about a quart of missing strawberries – and losing sight of the world war raging about him,” Byrne said. “I saw Hillary scheming with Dick Morris to undermine White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta. FBI agents confided in me about her emerging Filegate scandal; they were just as frustrated with Hillary’s methods as we were.”
For the Republican nominee for president New York billionaire Donald Trump and Clinton’s challenger for the Democratic nomination Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, Byrne’s tell-all book is a godsend and inevitably will be used against Clinton all the way to the Nov. 8 national election.
Clinton on Tuesday is all but assured of receiving enough delegate votes in Tuesday’s California Primary and primaries in five other states. But Sanders says he will not quit and he’s taking his campaign all the way to the Democratic National Convention set for July 25-28 in Philadelphia.
The Sanders team needs to make sure each and every delegate — pledged and undecided super-delegates — gets a copy of this book before they vote on Clinton during the convention. Both Trump and Sanders need to expose Hillary for who she really is by illuminating this work of courage and truthfulness.
Trump spokeswoman Katrina Pierson suggested Byrne’s book would be fuel for his campaign as he prepares to face Clinton in the general election. As a presidential candidate, Trump also receives Secret Service protection 24-hours-a-day.
“I don’t recall Mr. Trump ever screaming at the Secret Service, calling them pigs, throwing vases across the room and clawing the face of his spouse, which Hillary Clinton has been reported to do,” she told CNN.
And, of course, the debunking of Byrne and his book by the Clinton campaign has begun.
“Gary Byrne joins the ranks of Ed Klein and other ‘authors’ in this latest in a long line of books attempting to cash in on the election cycle with their nonsense,” Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said. “It should be put in the fantasy section of the book store.”
Amazon Books announced Monday that due to advance orders, “Crisis of Character,” has shot to #1 on their best-seller list without having sold the first copy. Credibility counts.
