In the UFC 203, Stipe Miocic retained his heavyweight title with a first round KO victory over Alistair Overeem in the main event  of UFC 203 that took place at Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland, OH, Miocic’s hometown. Miocic survived a knockdown, escaped a guillotine choke and eventually managed to take the fight to the ground and continued to land shots until the referee stopped the fight at 4:27 of round one.

In the co-main event, the rematch between Fabrizio Werdrum and Travis Brown had the same result as their first match back in 2014, former heavyweight Werdrum got the win with a Unanimous Decision. Werdrum needed the win after losing his title earlier this year to Stipe Miocic, Werdrum is hoping to get a rematch with Miocic for a chance to recover the heavyweight title.

Prospect Mickey Gall  beat former WWE star CM Punk in his debut with the UFC. Gall beat Punk with a submission victory in the first round.
