A new shopping center will open next October in San Martin Avenue, Los Yoses, San Pedro. This new shopping center will include a Fresh Market, a Henry’s sports bar and a New York Pizza.

Vivo Plaza is the name of the commercial project, which is developed and marketed by ServiGlobal for the corporation that owns the property: Zeta Group (specialized in building zones).

Tammy Roitman, project manager, confirmed the presence of the convenience store Fresh Market, Henry’s sports bar and New York Pizza, which will be installed for the first time in the San Pedro area. Fresh Market already has 14 outlets around the Metropolitan Area, whereas Henry’s and New York Pizza have a single location in Escazu and Santa Ana, respectively.

In total, the mall will have 22 stores and a salable area of 2,500 square meters, which costs around $20 and $26 per square meter, according to Roitman. Vivo Plaza was built by the company Chang Diaz.
