Samuel L. Jackson (Pulp Fiction, Shaft, Avengers, Kong: Skull Island etc.) , Sebastian Stan (Bucky Barnes in Marvel’s Capitan America and Avengers movies), Grant Gustin (Glee and The Flash) are just some of the movie stars that have already been confirmed as part of the cast of the political drama “The Last Full Measure” , and according to Deadline entertainment site, the filming of this movie will be done in Costa Rica and Atlanta.
“The Last Full Measure” is directed by Todd Robinson and is based on a true story of a present-day cover-up investigation, which follows Pentagon investigator Scott Huffman (Sebastian Stan) as he battles the political machine in Washington. He teams up with veterans of Operation Abilene to convince Congress to award the Medal of Honor to Air Force doctor William Pitsenbarger (Grant Gustin) who saved the lives of over 60 Marines ambushed in a bloody battle of the Vietnam War.
According to the information we had access to the shooting in Costa Rica will take place in the month of May somewhere in the Costa Rican jungle and for this the production is recruiting actors and dancers between the ages of 26-40 in great physical form, as well as Vietnamese and Chinese men.
Other cast members include: Christopher Plummer (The Sound of Music, The return of the Pink Panther, The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo), William Hurt (Kiss of the Spider Women, Robin Hood, Capitan America: Civil War), Bradley Whitford (The West Wing), Michael Imperoli (The Sopranos) and Linus Roache (Batman Begins).
