Another celebrity has been seduced by the many attractions Costa Rica has to offer. This time it was Mexican actress Salma Hayek, who has been spotted with her family in Santa Teresa.

Apparently the beautiful Hayek arrived this past Tuesday, August 1st at around 3 p.m. to the Juan Santamaría International Airport, along with her daughter Valentina and her husband Fracois-Henri Pinault, together they boarded a helicopter that took them to Cóbano, Puntarenas.

Hayek and her family were spotted at The Bakery restaurant in Mal País, Hayek was wearing a hat the whole time and when she noticed the presence of a photographer she changed seats to give her back to the window.

The 50-year old actress is known for her roles in movies such as Desperado (1995), Fools Rush In (1997), Wild Wild West (1999), Frida (2002), Grown ups (2010 and 2013), Puss in Boots (2011) and Tale of Tales (2015).

Her husband, French billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault is the chairman and CEO of Kering, an international luxury group that owns brands such as Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga Bottega, Puma, among others.

The beach and surf town of Santa Teresa is a destination commonly visited by celebrities, super model Gisele Bundchen and her husband, NFL quarterback Tom Brady own a beach house here and visit the area one or two times a year; Matt Damon and Leonard DiCaprio are just some of the famous names that have been spotted enjoying the beautiful and relaxing destination.
