Hotel El Mangroove in Panama Beach, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, will celebrate Costa Rica’s independence day with the fourth edition of the event A 10 Manos (With 10 Hands), a unique event in the country that celebrates high cuisine with a five course meal created by the hands of 5 renown international chefs.
This year’s theme will be the Mesoamerican Contemporary Cuisine, which seeks to praise the region’s traditional cuisine through history and in an innovative way.
The event will take place September 15 and 16; both days guests will be able to meet and interact with the chefs and, of course, savor their creations. The five chefs are: Pedro Díaz from Guatemala (Mercado 24); Santiago Gómez from Mexico (Cantina Miami); Sebastián La Rocca from Costa Rica (Nomade); from Panama, Mario Castrellón (Maito) and finally, from El Salvador, Alex Herrera (Raiz Pop Up). The event will also have the presence of renowned Argentinian mixologist Martín Olivera.
Those interested in attending must be staying at the hotel for at least two nights; the rate per night for two people is of $319.00 plus taxes in a double occupancy standard suite. This price includes early check-in, late check-out, breakfast, welcome cocktail, Meet & Greet with the chefs, dinner “A 10 Manos” and access to the after party for 2.
